# User Management

To start using WebAccess/DMP, you will first need a user account .

Use Sign Up Link: If you are the first individual from your company to access the platform, utilize the provided Sign Up link to create your account.

Invitation Requirement: If someone else from your company has already signed up, you will need to request an invitation link from them. This invitation link will be sent to your email address, enabling you to register for access to the platform.

  • System Adminstrator:

    • The System Administrator is the administrator of the platform. In addition to the standard permissions, the Sysadmin can also Register and Delete devices, Add devices to any company and Only the Sysadmin has the privilege to directly create new user accounts within the system..
    • Contact your Sysadmin if you have any issues that your company administrator cannot resolve.
  • User and Company Management:

    • Once registered, you can create users, invite them to companies, and set their permissions. You can also create additional companies and invite users to these companies.
