Adding Devices ​

  • On wadmp3.com, you can add Advantech-manufactured devices directly using the Add (plus) icon on the Dashboard. For detailed instructions, see Add a Device.

Add Device

  • When using an On-Premises instance, devices must be registered first before they can be added.

Recommendation

The WebAccess/DMP Client App is required for a device to be added. It is typically pre-installed on Advantech devices at manufacturing time, but it is recommended to verify the installation and always use the latest available version. This ensures compatibility and access to the latest features and fixes.
