Device Monitoring


Each device connects to the WebAccess/DMP instance through the WebAccess/DMP Client Router App, which sends monitoring data to the platform at regular intervals (every 15 minutes by default).

  • Data Content: The reported data is determined by the configured Fields.
  • Reporting Frequency: The reporting interval is controlled by the Client Router App settings.

Monitoring data can be:

  • Visualized on the Company Dashboard as statistics, charts, or table columns (for all devices or filtered views).
  • Viewed per device on the Monitoring tab of the device detail page.
  • Used as a trigger for Alerts.
  • Exported to a CSV file.
